Back in July, when Telefonica announced that was going to sell the new iPhone 3G, I ran into the closest Telefonica stores to where I live to buy the "enough waited" new iPhone. I had the feeling that, even though, many people will be trying to get it, Telefonica and Apple would have made a forecast of the demand and will have enough units to satisfy their customers....

How naive I was!!!!!!

It's mid-September and I still haven't the possibility to buy one. I've asked repeatedly in the closest Telefonica store and I always get the same answer: we do not have the iPhone 3G. Apple is not providing Telefonica with enough units.

So what, man???? I'm a Telefonica customer (since long time ago) and I want that phone. You've said that you're are the only one that is going to sell that phone and now you say that you can't satisfy customers demand???

What the f***???

From my understanding, I you advertise something you should have sufficient business knowledge to understand that you've got to be able to sell or to provide that advertised item to your customers. It is basic business knowledge...I've learned that in Business Administration 101 back in kindergarten!!!!

Answering to Telefonica's customers inquiries about the iPhone that it is all Apple fault's because they are not providing enough units IT IS NOT A SATISFYING RESPONSE. That is something that Telefonica has to deal with Apple. I shouldn't be paying for that miscommunication or however you want to call it.

I'm a Telefonica customer, Telefonica advertised the new iPhone and I want it. Period. Why can't I buy it?I want to but it is impossible to buy...

The next question that I'm asking myself is: how long I am going to wait? Well,,,,How long are all Telefonica's customers that feel so frustrated going to wait? Are we going to leave Telefonica and go to Vodafone just to punish Telefonica?

Finally, what about the money that Telefonica is not making because of this lack of iPhones???? Shall they penalized Apple????
